It’s not uncommon for people to sometimes feel low, you know something isn’t right but you can’t put your finger on the real issue, you are just feeling down, just feeling low perhaps some kind of midlife crisis?
As we all move through life our needs and our circumstances change – this can sometimes leave us unsure of our feelings and not knowing what we really want and who we actually are.
If you take a moment to think about it, the skills and emotions that you need to bring up a family are very different to those needed when your children leave home. Another example is after a divorce; circumstances are likely to be very different, moving from shared decision making back to sole responsibility.
