What is the Enneagram?

It is one of the most common sense personal profiling tools available, it has been constantly developed over hundreds of years and helps you to understand who you are, and what will happen, as you emotionally deteriorate or grow. It segments personality characteristics into nine personality types – by how people, think, feel and intuit, as well as, by how they react to people, life and events. It differs from the more common business psychometric profiling tools such as (Belbin, Thomas International DISC, Myers Briggs etc.) which focus on who you seem to be in a corporate world, the Enneagram laser focuses on who the real ‘person’ is.
