Menopause – emotional control and confidence

I am not a doctor of biology so I can’t advise you on the physical symptoms of the menopause – BUT, I can help you with the uncomfortable emotional and psychological effects that so often accompany the menopause and cause so much distress and worry.

At one end of the scale helping with any anxiety and worry right through to accepting that you are getting older and having the confidence to move forward with positivity, love and more self respect.

Aware of who you are and what you want from life, this is a fascinating journey where you get to really question attitudes and images of yourself, to discover what’s underneath and unearth some of the emotional illusions that you may have bought into over the years – illusions about who you are, what you can do, what you can’t do and we break them down until you see the real you inside.

Once we find the real you – we develop your new values and beliefs and set new goals, new aspirations and install the confidence to make these things happen.
